People hire me to get leaner, stronger and master quality movement patterns. My workouts usually contain about six different movements. Every exercise has multiple progressions and regressions to make it a good fit for all fitness levels.
I call this ‘’the fix of six’’
Besides strength training I use a variety of conditioning exercises to train the cardiovascular system as well. Most of the times this is at the end of a strength session to go out with a bang. This way you will have the best of both worlds!
